5:00 p.m. Deadline to Enter Tournament
Note: Teams will be computer drawn by independent person or firm.
We cannot guarantee any tee times. If you enter tournament, please be prepared to play on Saturday or Sunday, depending on draw.


April 30th

Tin Cup Country Club, Merely(Soft Spikes Only)
8:00 a.m. Shot-gun Start Two Person Invitational Tournament (This tournament is limited to 60 teams. Sponsors will have preference with vacancies to be filled by teams of regular tournament players. )
Big Country Hall at Taylor County Expo Center
5:30 p.m. Pre-tournament party (Refreshments and food will be available). Come meet your teammates.
6:30 p.m. Live and Silent Auctions to benefit the Food Bank and New Horizons All Donations Greatly Appreciated


May 1st

Tin Cup Country Club, Merkel (Soft Spikes Only)
7:00 a.m. Tournament desk opens, pick up carts. Everyone must register.
8:00 a.m. Shotgun start for First Flight
First Flight – Bilbo Golf Classic – Four Person Scramble. Fifty percent of total field entered determined by higher handicapped “A” Players, based on computer draw. Separate “day money” to be paid in each flight. Overall tournament money to include first and second flights. LOWER HANDICAP “A” PLAYER WILL PLAY ON SUNDAY. Immediately following play -Silver Bullet Shootout (First Ten Lowest Handicap Players to enter the regular tournament will compete)


May 2nd

7:00 a.m. Tournament desk opens, pick up carts. Everyone must register.
8:00 a.m. Shotgun start for Second Flight
Second Flight - Bilbo Golf Classic - Four Person Scramble. Fifty percent of total field entered determined by lowest handicapped “A” Players, based on computer draw. Separate “day money” to be paid in each flight. Overall tournament money to include first and second flights. LOWER HANDICAP “A” PLAYER WILL PLAY ON SUNDAY.
4:00 p.m. Awards Presentations

Food and beverages will be available for purchase on the golf course. Teams, Tee Times and Flights will be posted May 1st at the party and auction. We encourage all golfers to attend the party and auction. We hope to have a large variety of donated items to auction. You do not have to be entered in tournament to come and enjoy the auction, and please bring a friend.
